We are currently taking sponsorship applications for our 2024 show season. Here you can find all pertinent information regarding applications, submissions, donations, and more.

To be considered as a sponsor, we requires a $250 worth of merchandise or cash equivalent, to be used as door prizes. Donations can be mailed to Colorado Mustang Stampede, 20913 E. Girard Dr, Aurora, CO 80013.
We request high-quality (vector is ideal) file of your company logo. We include a small section for our sponsors' on our marketing materials, flyers, t-shirts and more. We also allow you to provide a small (3-foot or under) banner to be hung near the information table. Our sponsors help make these events possible; Making sure our members know who our sponsors are is important to us.

Details for Vendors
Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. We suggest you bring your own materials for set-up, including but not limited to, the use of a pop-up canopy, tables, and chairs. Vendor set-up varies per event but can begin as early as 5am on the day of the show and must be completed by 7am, at which time participant parking will begin.

If you are selling merchandise or products, you will need to acquire the necessary permits from the City of Steamboat Springs.
